Our Sector Criteria

While we know certain sectors really well, we are ultimately industry agnostic. We look to opportunistically invest in sectors with the following characteristics.

Underlying companies and teams within certain industries are driven to make decisions based on emotional considerations. As highly-rational actors in these sectors, we are able to price risk objectively.
To us, large addressable markets represent meaningful opportunities to capitalize on the white spaces that exist within sectors, particularly those fueled by secular growth.
Sectors experiencing rapid change often suffer from market inefficiencies. Our creative financing roots and flexible mandates allow us to move quickly to take advantage of these disruptions.
